Destination Specifications tell your solutions how to write data to where it is going. If writing to a database, they include settings for connecting to the database. If writing to a text file, they include formatting instructions to follow when writing out the data.

In this screenshot, we are telling myDataChameleon how to connect to our SQL Server database. The gray window on the lower right is Microsoft's Data Link Properties window which let's you specify the usage of any database provider installed on your system and the settings needed to make the connection to your database. By letting you utilize this Windows tool, myDataChameleon has no limit, now and in the future, on the number and kinds of databases to which you can work with.
